2017-2018 Student As a newcomer to Canada, I involve in the ECCAL programs as a student and learn Language, communicate on, teamwork, adaptability, and skills I got from Ethio-Canadian Cultural Academy:
1. Improve Language Skills: English language is not my first language, and enrolling in language classes at the ECCA improves my English and my confidence.
2. This understanding motivated me to pursue further education,
3. Dances, music, Fun, and Adventure: experience a sense of adventure and excitement. going to a summer camp involves outdoor activities and new experiences.
4. Summer Vibes: Enjoy the pleasant weather and take part in activities unique to the season. This can create a laid-back and enjoyable environment.
5. Independence: it gives me a taste of independence and responsibility, much like I experienced Canadian culture during my youth when starting to explore the world on my own.

Working as a supervisor in youth employment can be a rewarding and impact experience. It involves overseeing and guiding young employees, helping them develop their skills, and fostering a positive work environment. Here are my experiences encounter while working as an Ethio-Canadian Cultural Academy Inc supervisor in youth employment:
1. As a supervisor, I got the opportunity to be a mentor and role model for young employees under your guidance. I offer support, share my knowledge, and help them navigate challenges they may face at work.
2. Skill Development: Il played a vital role in the professional growth of the youth workers. Through ongoing feedback, training, and constructive criticism, this job helped me to improve my job-related skills and boost my confidence.
3. Building Relationships: Working closely with young employees allows me to form meaningful connections with them. Building strong relationships help me to create a positive work culture and foster loyalty among team members.
4. Conflict Resolution: Dealing with conflicts and interpersonal issues is a common aspect of my supervision role. Helping young employees resolve conflicts and learn how to communicate effectively is an essential skill in my role.
5. Empowering Youth: Empowering young employees by entrust them with responsibility and challenging tasks help me to boost my self-esteem and motivate me to excel in the roles.

To begin with, I would like to thank to Ethio-Canadian Cultural Academy Inc and to the board member for giving me this opportunity to teach kids Tigrigna, Amharic Dances, Music, and drama, and for supervising employees. Honestly, I never imagined working with kids would be so much fun. The kids are kind, nice, and friendly beyond what people imagine. However, I occasionally have a hard me telling some kids to be quiet or to do whatever they need to do during our me together. In general, the kids, the staff, and the organization, in general, are very open-minded, but some me I have raised my voice to get their voce. It's a pleasure to spend me with them. I would like to thank you once again for giving me this opportunity.
