Our free live entertainment facilitates youth, women, and new immigrants in learning new skills while providing enjoyment to the public. ECCAI's programs and services include free in-person classes and an online training program that contribute to the future success of Black minority and new immigrant communities. ECCAI has over 14 years of historic and impactful work supporting communities facing the highest barriers.
The Ethio-Canadian Cultural Academy is founded to introduce the beautiful culture of Ethiopia to Manitoba, Toronto, and Canadians as a whole. We also aim to keep kids connected to their culture and heritage so that they become well-rounded individuals with a positive self-image and a greater sense of community connections with their peers.
ECCAI has been advocating for enriching learning environments that support lifelong skills development, aiming to shape a knowledge-based economy where prior learning and continuous learning increasingly contribute to employability, strengthen the educational foundation of a highly skilled workforce, and foster business development.
