Since February 2011, the Ethio-Canadian Cultural Academy has been providing different types of training programs for children and youth. The organization currently offers year-round programs, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Ge'ez, Oromigna, Amharic, Arabic, and Tigrinya language lessons, as well as traditional international dance, drama, swimming, soccer, and music classes. Additionally, summer programs are available for kids and youth.

The language and dance classes are divided into two groups: language, art, sport classes the classes are divided the first group comprises students aged 3-5, 6-13, 13-above while the second group includes students aged 13 and above. These classes are offered free of charge to all interested Manitobans, Ontarios, and participants of all skill levels are welcome. The Academy's programs focus on empowering youth through mentoring, youth development, arts, sports, and recreation. Students not only share their experiences and learn from one another but also connect with their peers in a supportive environment. Children benefit from the overall positive atmosphere fostered by the Academy.
